Good morning, Conroe.

Conroe restaurant owner Isaac Rodriguez said he lost over $200,000 after hiring contractor James Duncan to complete a second restaurant build in Huffman, but Duncan claimed he nearly finished before being fired.

A court awarded more than $300,000 in damages, and both sides dispute the work completed.
