  • Montgomery County voters approved a $480 million transportation bond in May to fund road upgrades as rapid growth has increased traffic concerns. Repair work is underway in The Woodlands and crews will widen Sorters Road with projects scheduled for completion over the next six years—without raising the county tax rate.  ABC 13
