- ➤ The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office reported that a 28-year-old woman was stabbed in her driveway by her husband on Friday night in the Conroe area, and the suspect, Jose Rafael Silva Figera, allegedly admitted to the attack and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. - ➤ On July 11th, 2025, at 8:04 p.m., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call reporting a stabbing at a Conroe residence on Rio Bravo Boulevard where medics treated a 28-year-old woman with a neck wound and deputies detained her 35-year-old husband, Jose Rafael Silva Figera from Venezuela—charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon—after he reportedly admitted responsibility while ICE reviews his status and investigators work the scene, as the victim remains in critical but stable condition in hospital.
