- ➤ On August 2 at 2:00 a.m., Conroe police responded to a major crash in the 2300 block of White Oak Blvd near Park Blvd when a speeding Kia Soul hit a tree and caught fire, with civilians removing four occupants before emergency teams arrived; two persons died at the scene while one victim remains in very critical condition and three are in critical but stable condition as investigators examine potential factors like speed and alcohol.
