CRIME NEWS
- ➤ On August 16, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies in Magnolia arrested two suspects for trying to break into a homeowner’s work truck after a collision disabled one suspect's vehicle while the other fled on foot—21-year-old Albert Ross Jr. was detained from his disabled vehicle and 22-year-old Trayvon Jessie was later caught—and both now face charges for burglary of a motor vehicle with Ross also charged with felony criminal mischief. - ➤ Today, residents saw an increase in military helicopters as Montgomery County bid farewell to the 158th Aviation Regiment—known as the Ghost Riders—as the unit begins its decommissioning from Conroe.
