- ➤ A motorcyclist riding a Honda motorcycle crashed on I-45 north in Conroe on Thursday at (12:23 p.m.) when he clipped a Nissan Altima and was thrown into a TXDOT barrier truck, and officials pronounced 20-year-old Santiago Bettini dead at the scene. Click2Houston.com

- ➤ Montgomery County deputies arrested former Memorial Hermann employee Robert Pinon Shrader for allegedly installing hidden cameras in public bathrooms at the Woodlands campus after engineers found a device in ceiling tiles on August 21 and another on August 25—officials are reviewing over 308 recorded images and videos. - ➤ A Conroe police officer on a motorcycle was injured in a traffic crash Thursday at the intersection of North Loop 336 & Highway 45 and was taken to a hospital. Click2Houston.com

- ➤ Three Conroe ISD students have been named finalists in the 2025 I Am Texas Writing and Art Contest hosted by The Bryan Museum.
